THE FIRST "FIVE-STAR" CLINIC FOR SECURED PATIENTS WILL APPEAR IN DUBAI
Advet Bharnbani Ventures (ABV) announced that it had acquired a one-acre piece of land in the Mirdif area, on which a medical facility consisting of 150 rooms will be built. ABV planned to open a boutique clinic in Mumbai until 2018, but, according to the founder, the project met with bureaucratic obstacles. Therefore, it was decided to force plans to create a similar facility in Dubai. The future institution will develop under the new brand ABV Nucleus Hospitals.
According to the founder of ABY, each of the 150 luxury clinic suites will have everything that people expect from a five-star hotel. Guests will be offered limousines for transportation and personalized spa treatments. The founder of the company refused to disclose the pricing for the services of the boutique clinic, saying only that their cost will not exceed the price of accommodation in the already opened private hospitals in the UAE, but will vary depending on the complexity of medical procedures and the length of stay in the institution. ABV is already publicizing its plans for the construction of five more such facilities in the Middle East and India if the network of clinics shows good results. Nucleus Hospitals will reportedly specialize in tertiary care. Here, open heart surgery will be performed, as well as cosmetic surgery services will be provided. "We want to become pioneers in luxury healthcare. Our goal is to create a hospital that will not be anything like a real hospital," said the founder of ABV.
