Editor's word

Recently I read interesting news - Harvard scientists were able to determine the most important component of human happiness: as it turned out, to feel happy, people just need to go on a trip once or twice a month.

In other words, if you want to live a full life, change the scenery around you more often. However, this does not necessarily mean expensive trips abroad - it is enough only twice a month to get out with relatives and friends outside the city. The main thing is to go to places where I have never been before. Then the hormone of happiness will reach the desired level. This is understandable - a change in atmosphere has a positive effect on consciousness, gives rise to positive emotions, brings new knowledge and, possibly, new acquaintances. Moreover, traveling too often is undesirable - they become a routine and no longer bring happiness.

After such conclusions, it's time to pack your bags and go to new places. Moreover, in the UAE the next two months will be the hottest - you can’t sunbathe on the beach, and you can’t swim in the sea. However, it was on the last Eid, in the hottest time, that I got into the car and went to travel to other emirates - Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Abu Dhabi. I will never forget this journey - the rocky mountains and the coolness of the Indian Ocean Fujairah, eastern oases and the highest mountain in the UAE, Jebel Al Jazz in Ras Al Khaimah, Mount Jebel Hafit in Al Ain (it’s not even hot there in summer), a beautiful desert Liva and mangrove reserve in Abu Dhabi, sandy waterfalls in the Hutt. I did not suspect that there are so many beautiful places in the UAE. But there is still picturesque Oman, which can also be reached by car, and the nearby Bahrain, Qatar and Jordan, and the Maldives is only 4 hours fly.

So if you stay in the Emirates during the summer months, do not sit all the time in the city - go explore new places. So the hot months will fly by unnoticed, but at the same time you will check the conclusions of scientists.
