Art Dubai festival will feature art from Central Asia and the Caucasus

During the festival, visitors will be able to see the work of more than 500 artists and sculptors represented by eight dozen galleries from 35 countries. Among them are world-famous museums, and recently opened exhibition halls. The main ideas of the festival are diversity and equality. Dubai positions itself not only as a trade or tourist crossroads in the world, but also as a place in which the creative paths of the peoples of Africa, the Middle East and Asia converge. At the 2014 festival, special attention is paid to contemporary art in the Middle East and South Asia. Another important topic will be the work of artists from Central Asia and the Caucasus.

This section of the exhibition is held in partnership with the Caspian Arts Foundation under the supervision of the creative team "Slavs and Tatars". As part of this section of the festival, temporary vacancies for the assistant curator are open for art critics and people seriously interested in the art of Central Asia and the Caucasus.
