Art Dubai is part of Dubai Art Week, a comprehensive initiative that includes numerous exhibitions, projects and events that are held annually in March.
Special events are the “Designers Days in Dubai”, the only show of design solutions and objects in the Middle East and South Asia, the SIKKA exhibition, which presents the work of young artists from the UAE, and “Nights at Galleries” - 40 new exhibits in galleries of the Al Quoz and Dubai International Financial Center. This year, Middle East Film & Comic Con and Gulf Film Festival 2014 joined them.
