A new museum opens in Abu Dhabi in honor of the father of the nation and Mahatma Gandhi

The new cultural space in the capital of the United Arab Emirates will tell about the lives of two leaders - Sheikh Zayed and Mahatma Gandhi.

A new joint exhibition of the UAE and India will open in Abu Dhabi, dedicated to the life of leaders - Sheikh Zayed and Mahatma Gandhi.

The initiative was announced by Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the UAE, and Sushma Svaaj, Minister of Foreign Affairs of India. The exhibition space will allow people to get an idea of ​​the life and heritage of leaders, and the nation to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the birth of Sheikh Zayed and the 150th anniversary of the birth of Mahatma Gandhi.

The Zayed-Gandhi Digital Museum will showcase rare photographs, videos and objects that shed light on the work and philosophy of famous leaders.

The new concept is consistent with the Year of Zayed program, and also refers to the historical ties and shared values ​​of peace and tolerance of the UAE and India.
